Dasaria was first born as a pen and paper campaign as a project among a group of friends to provide a unique gaming experience for our players, and as NWN was born...So was the online version of Dasaria. It originated as a collaborative effort with different people adding modules and episodes along a central storyline, and this was continued in NwN. Dasaria is continued in Neverwinter Nights 2 as Dasaria 2.

Dasaria is the name of the province that is central to the storyline in this world. It'™s a small province that has just recently (fifty years before the present in-game time) lost a war to its previous western cousin, the rich and powerful empire of Varana. Players now majorly reside in Cear, a seaside Dasarian city, and due to technical restrictions of NwN2, are currently unable to traverse far beyond its limits, or to other settlements. However, in the outskirts of Cear lay possible adventures of scales from saving a kitten stuck in a tree to slaying such epic creatures as trolls and the like.

It is required that players are familiar with the rules and the pvp-code of honor.
